We will be performing a DNS upgrade on certain US/LATAM based domains where Edlio manages the public DNS-nameservers on behalf of customers. The purpose of this upgrade is to improve performance and security.

These upgrades are designed and tested to be seamless and we do not expect any visible impact to customer sites due to this maintenance. Should an unexpected issue arise, please see the following troubleshooting tips:

1. Public website is accessible on public networks but not within the local School or District network

Please update your local network DNS zone to the latest Edlio DNS configuration listed in https://help.edlio.com/apps/pages/your-nameservers#current-instructions (see DNS instructions for after April 1, 2022)

2. Public website is displaying an SSL Certificate (or Cipher Mismatch) related error

Please update your local network DNS zone to the latest Edlio DNS configuration listed in https://help.edlio.com/apps/pages/your-nameservers#current-instructions (see DNS instructions for after April 1, 2022)

3. Public website is showing a DNS Error 1001 from Cloudflare
